My Story
Passion and purpose have collided, and I couldn't be more excited about it. Throughout my career as an educator, I have always been driven to empower others through education and awareness. I have served in various roles such as classroom teacher, assistant principal, principal, and technology director, each with its own set of challenges and successes. After 24 years in the field, I transitioned into the private sector and took on multiple roles in a privately-owned company. As a professional development facilitator, I found myself in a teaching role once again, working with education leaders. Through these experiences, I have come to understand that community, culture, and conflict resolution play a crucial role in the well-being of individuals and organizations. I have emerged from these experiences with greater clarity and a desire to help others navigate similar challenges.
